Bloom & Rose is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party platform use.

For orders placed directly through us (phone or email), payment terms and cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled in accordance with the terms, conditions, and policies of our third party ordering platforms
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Catering deposits: Per the discretion of Bloom & Rose Deli, catering deposits shall be determined and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility for deposits and prepayments shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis in the catering contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bloom & Rose or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.
